Agreement

These terms are between you and Lucky Energy ("we", "us"). Using this site or placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 to buy from us.

Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and send a confirmation email. Until then we may decline it for any reason, including a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or stock we do not have.

If we cancel an order after charging you, we refund it in full.

Prices, tax, and shipping

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the states we are registered to collect in.

We ship within the United States only. Shipping charges and options are shown before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Subscriptions

If you choose the subscribe option, your first delivery is charged at checkout and the plan renews automatically at the stated interval and price until you cancel. Renewals ship free.

You can cancel at any time from the link on your order confirmation page, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a renewal already charged and shipped.

We will tell you before a renewal price changes.

Promotional codes

Codes are valid only while active, apply to the products stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless we say otherwise.

About the product

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

This is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Talk to a doctor before using it if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking any medication, or have a medical condition. Stop using it and get medical advice if you have a bad reaction.

Ingredient and dosage information on this site is transcribed from the product label. The label on the pouch you receive is the authority.

Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result.

Using the site

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, scrape it at scale, use it to test stolen payment cards, or resell our products as if they were your own.

We may refuse service or cancel an account or order where any of that happens.

Our content

The text, images, 3D models, branding, and layout on this site are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Warranties and liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some states do not allow the exclusions above, so parts may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, and you and we both consent to that.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that govern it.
