Who we are

Lucky Energy sells pre-workout gummies at shopluckyenergy.com. This policy covers that site and the emails we send. You can reach us any time at support@shopluckyenergy.com or by mail at 4500 Jennings Lane, Evansville, IN.

What we collect

• Order information. Your name, email address, shipping address, and what you bought. You give us this at checkout.
• Email address. If you ask for a promo code or join our list, we keep your address so we can send you the code and future offers.
• Usage information. Pages you visit, what you click, and general device and browser details, collected through analytics so we can see what works on the site.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, your date of birth, government ID numbers, or health information.

We never see your card

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiry, and security code are entered directly into Stripe's own payment fields and sent to Stripe, not to us. We never receive them and never store them. What we get back is a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card brand.

Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

To take payment, work out sales tax, ship your order, email your receipt, and answer you when you write in.

To send marketing email, but only to addresses that asked for it.

To understand how the site is used and to fix what is broken.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the store run, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe — payments, tax calculation, and subscriptions.
• Resend — order receipts and marketing email.
• PostHog — site analytics.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Neon — the database holding our order records.
• Sentry — error reports, configured not to attach personal data.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it, and to a buyer if the business is ever sold.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies to keep your cart between visits and to let our analytics recognise a returning visit. There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party ad cookies.

Your browser can block or clear cookies. The cart is the part that stops working if you do.

Marketing email, and how to stop it

Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list, and we honour it permanently.

You can also write to support@shopluckyenergy.com and ask to be removed. Order receipts are not marketing and are sent whether or not you are on the list.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes, which is typically seven years.

Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your choices

Write to support@shopluckyenergy.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to keep the record of a completed order even after a deletion request, because tax law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under state privacy law. We apply the same process to everyone rather than checking your address first.

Children

This is a dietary supplement and this store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the site.
